  My wife and I found this business on yelp when traveling from Atlanta to Houston. This is the best kept secret ever! Food and service is out of this world. We will always stop in the future when traveling through here. MUST try the turnip green bites!!! Omg!!

  Let me say first, I have only ever been here for lunch. The food is ALWAYS great, and what more could you ask for, really? My only caution is that it is very popular as a business-lunch spot, so there is always a (reasonable) wait, and everything feels kind of rushed. But that is just what this place is: It's a popular lunch spot for people on their "lunch hour" so they need to move you in and out quickly. If you are wanting to do a "working lunch" where you spend time hammering out the details of a business deal, then this is simply not the place for you. So, now the nitty-gritty: the blue plate special is they way to go. It's basically a meat and three, including the roll. The portions can be small, but the price is very reasonable, and again, it goes back to their business model of moving people in-and-out as efficiently as possible. Let me just say again, the food is always GREAT! So, in summary, if you are wanting to take a co-worker or client to good lunch, and get it done within an hour so you can go on about your day, then Georgia Blue is perfect. Also, one more thing: I don't know why, but they always over estimate the wait time (they give you the hand-held "buzzers" to let you know when your table is ready.) I am often told 15-20 minute wait at the door, only to have the buzzer go off 5 minutes later.
