  Three days before the rehearsal dinner I was informed that the order I placed over a month ago was incorrect. The only reason I knew the order was incorrect was I called to verify the order was received. The girl I spoke with was not the lady who took my order. She was calling off my order to me over the phone (what was actually received) and the color was wrong on some flowers and short on some flowers. She said someone should have called me to let me know. Lynn is the lady who took my order and assured me the flowers would be here on time and accurate. I am so disappointed in Kroger floral and would never recommend to anyone. With all I have going on before a wedding, I have to run around town and try to find what I need for the arrangements. And, I work full-time. What has happened to good customer service?
