  Food is actually pretty decent, it's the customer service that lowers its score.
  -My personal favorite (and this was about a year ago). I order 2 small vanilla cupcakes, but when they came out they were chocolate. I told the staff who just kinda shrugged it off. Then when the manager came he pulled up the receipt and showed me where it had been put in as 2 chocolate cupcakes. I told him that I didn't order them, that the clerk put them in wrong, but he sided with her. Said he could charge me for 2 more vanilla ones if I wanted some...i left and it took about a year before I came back to the store.
  
  From a recent experience it looks like maybe it's under new management but the customer service is still bad. One time I was the only person there and it took about 5 minutes before I was acknowledged....they saw me but they were just laughing, and having a merry ole time. It wasn't till I was grabbing my keys to leave that they acknowledged me. Maybe others have had the same experience...explains why there aren't that many cars in the parking lot when I pass by now.
  
  Pound cake is the bomb though.

  Great place to meet with friends or business for light meals, coffee, and conversation. Free wi-fi so easy to work while you eat if you like.
